On February 17, the leader of the People's Committee of Di Linh district, Lam Dong province, directed the functional forces of Hoa Ninh commune to investigate the case of an 11th grade female student being scolded and assaulted at a restaurant in the area.
According to initial information, at 4:50 p.m. on February 14, N., an 11th grade student, and two friends went to a restaurant near the gate of Le Hong Phong High School, Hoa Ninh Commune. There, a woman named Thao, residing in Hoa Ninh Commune, brought her son to the restaurant and had a conflict with N.'s group.

Thinking that N. had teased and behaved rudely towards her son, Ms. Thao approached, pointed at N.'s face and cursed. Then, Ms. Thao kicked the plastic table in front of the female student and kicked N.
When Ms. Thao continued to curse and approach N., another woman present at the shop ran over to stop her.
After the incident, N. was taken to the medical center by his family for examination and health monitoring. Currently, N. suffered minor injuries but is in a state of panic and fear. N.'s family has reported the incident to the authorities.
It is known that Ms. Thao's son is not as agile as his peers and is often teased.
