On the day of the exam registration procedure, candidates will be informed about the exam regulations, have their personal information checked to promptly detect errors and report them to the examination council for intervention and correction before the exam officially takes place tomorrow, June 26.
According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the number of candidates taking the new 2018 program is over 1.13 million, while the number of candidates taking the old program is nearly 25,000.
This year’s exam will be held at 2,493 exam locations with more than 50,000 exam rooms. It is expected that about 200,000 personnel will be mobilized to participate in the exam organization, such as officials, teachers inthe education sector, police, military, health, electricity, etc.
The 2025 graduation exam is the first exam for students studying under the 2018 General Education Program, while still ensuring the exam for students studying under the 2006 General Education Program who have not graduated or need to retake the exam for university admission. This exam is also taking place in the context of implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and organization of local governments at 2 levels nationwide.
The exam will be held on June 25, 26, and 27, with June 25 being the day for exam registration, June 26 and 27 being the official exam, and June 28 being the backup exam date.
Candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 General Education Program: participate in 3 exam sessions, including 01 Literature exam session, 01 Math exam session and 01 optional exam session (including 2 subjects from the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology, Foreign Language).
Candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program: participate in 04 exam sessions including 01 Literature exam session, 01 Math exam session, 01 optional Natural Science/Social Science exam session, 01 Foreign Language exam session.
The Ministry of Education and Training reminds candidates: Be present at the examination room at the prescribed time to complete the examination procedures; Present your ID card/citizen identification card (CCCD)/Passport and receive your examination card; If you find any errors in your personal information, you must immediately notify the Supervisor or the person on duty at the examination site for timely handling; In case of loss of your ID card/CCCD/Passport or other necessary documents, you must immediately report to the Head of the examination site for consideration and handling.
The Ministry of Education and Training especially notes that candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time signal will not be allowed to take that exam.
