The life of Ms. Phan Thi Tanh's family, a Tay ethnic, a member of the Women's Union of Team 12, residing in Mit Kom 2 village, Ia O commune, Ia Grai district, has gradually stabilized and escaped poverty after receiving support from the Women's Union of Company 715 to build a "Members' House of Gratitude" in 2022. According to Ms. Tanh, the solid and spacious house not only brings joy and happiness but also serves as a spiritual and material support and creates great motivation for her family to actively work and produce, overcome difficulties, and raise children to study well and be obedient.

Like Ms. Tanh, in 2024, Ms. Pham Thi Thu, a member of the Women's Union of Team 7, residing in Mit Jep village, Ia O commune, was supported by the Women's Union of Company 715 to build a "House of Membership" and she called it a "happy house". Ms. Thu said that her family and many other member families, especially ethnic minority women, have escaped poverty and have a better life thanks to the movements and programs "Sharing kindness - connecting love" of the Women's Union of Company 715.

The Women's Union of Company 715 has 15 branches with 648 members, of which 374 are ethnic minorities. In particular, the members are mainly direct workers in villages. Therefore, the Women's Union of the Company determines that caring for, educating, and improving the lives of members is contributing to building the locality and building a solid "people's heart position". From there, the movements: "Women help each other develop family economy ", "Sharing humanity - connecting love", "Clean house - beautiful garden - stable economy"; models: "Contributing revolving capital", "Raising piggy banks"; campaigns: "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean", "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean", programs: "Accompanying women in the border areas", building "Houses of affection for members" ... have been widely, substantially, effectively deployed, attracting a large number of members to participate. Over the past 5 years, the Women's Union of Company 715 has helped hundreds of women borrow capital to develop production and treat illnesses to overcome difficulties and escape poverty sustainably; and has given gifts and school supplies to thousands of students with a total amount of more than 1,555 billion VND.

According to Colonel Hoang Duc Toa, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Company 715, the movements, programs and models of the Women's Union of Company 715 have connected kind hearts, created a combined strength, supported and helped many women and children overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and continue their studies.
