According to the National Technical Regulation on Road Signs QCVN 41:2019, auxiliary signs are often placed in combination with main signs to explain and supplement for better understanding. These signs are rectangular or square in shape, placed right below the main sign.
The "no horn use" sign (symbol P.128) is accompanied by the S.501 "area of effect of the sign" sign right below.
Sign S.501 prohibits vehicles from using horns when traveling within 500m from where the sign is placed.
