Noc Cheng Tong, Tra Cang commune has 35 households, mainly Xe Dang people; in which the total number of students in the village is 175. The life of the people here is still difficult, the roads are not convenient.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hong - Head of the Chung Suc Tre Volunteer Club confided: "After surveying the living and studying conditions of children in Cheng Tong village, we, the young people from Dien Ban, contributed to organizing the volunteer program: Cheng Tong - The epilogue of happiness"...

Accordingly, the program presented 35 gifts, each worth 400,000 VND including labor tools and necessities to households in the village. At the same time, 180 gifts including warm clothes, school supplies, hats, shoes, milk, candy, teddy bears were presented to students at the school; fans, watches, stainless steel trays were presented to teachers at the school...
The club also organized the cooking of 300 portions of curry bread to “treat” the villagers. The total cost of the charity trip was nearly 75 million VND, raised from benefactors and fundraising activities organized by the group such as selling candy and collecting scrap metal.

Phan Thi Thanh Thuong - a club member shared: "The children receiving the gifts said thank you and the joy was clearly visible on their faces. That was the moment everyone realized that happiness comes not only from receiving but also from giving."
The trip did not stop at giving gifts, but also created moments together, participating in activities, playing with children. Club members organized games, dancing with children in the village. Joyful sounds echoed through the mountains and forests, as if blending between people and nature. That moment created beautiful memories, unforgettable connections.

Journey of connecting hearts
Ms. Ho Thi Hang, who teaches at Cheng Tong school, shared: “When the children heard that the volunteer group was coming to give gifts, they were very happy and were there early in the morning to wait for the group. The young people of Dien Ban were very enthusiastic, cooking and giving gifts to the people, children and teachers. I thank the Chung Suc Tre volunteer group very much, and hope that they will return to this land”…
After 12 years of establishment and development, the Chung Suc Tre Club has always maintained its "youth" in charity activities with the participation of more than 40 members and 200 volunteers.

The difference of the Youth Union Club is that most of the funding for charity activities is contributed by members or raised through self-organized programs, mainly creating capital from their own youth for activities; only calling for contributions from benefactors when necessary.
Some of the club's fundraising programs include selling candy, selling flowers, organizing traveling songs, charity football tournaments; selling soft drinks, collecting scrap metal; organizing a bingo music night...

From the collected funds, the club organizes many famous charity activities such as "High Reo Phuoc Loc understands and loves", "Noc Xo Ro - Great heart of the forest"; "Ch'Om - High aspiration"; "Love for Tra Van"; "Spring of love"; "Summer wind on the roof of Tak Le"... with the amount of money up to hundreds of millions of VND each year.
Volunteer Ha Thi Thu Thao said: “After a journey of nearly 200km and 7 hours of travel, the volunteers and I were very tired, but seeing the smiles of the children in the highlands, all our fatigue disappeared. The experience of traveling to the poor, especially in the mountainous areas, in remote areas, has left me with a deep impression of humanity and kindness. This lesson of love will be the luggage to help me step into life.”
