Apartment fire in Nghe An, many people broke the door to put out the fire

Today (September 23), information from Quan Bau ward, Vinh city said that immediately after discovering smoke coming from CT1 building, Kim Thi apartment building, everyone called for help to break the door and bring small fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire.

Accordingly, the incident happened at around 11am the same day, residents on the 2nd floor of Kim Thi apartment building were shocked when they discovered white smoke coming from an apartment on this floor.

Initial information from residents, the homeowner used a gas stove to cook food, due to carelessness when going out without paying attention, the pot of food caught fire, giving off white smoke.

"The fire was small in one room and did not affect other apartments in the apartment complex. Because people were cooking and did not pay attention when they went out, it caused a fire in the kitchen," said a ward leader.

Currently, authorities are continuing to clarify the cause of the incident.
