In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee has led and directed the implementation of many outstanding achievements in all fields, creating a solid foundation for the locality to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.

Clear economic and social imprint

Nam Gia Nghia Ward was established on the basis of merging Nghia Tan, Nghia Phu wards and Dak R'moan commune of Dak Nong province (old).

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Ward Party Committee has led the implementation, achieving and exceeding many important targets in all fields, creating a solid premise for the establishment and development in the new period.

There have been many advances in culture and society . The whole ward has 14 schools from kindergarten to junior high school, of which 6 schools meet national standards level I and 3 schools meet level II. The ward maintains national standards on commune health. By 2025, the number of poor households will decrease to 35, accounting for 0.26%. The ward supports the construction and repair of more than 30 houses, and gives nearly 10,000 gifts to disadvantaged households with a total amount of 6 billion VND.

Digital transformation has made significant progress. Up to now, the ward has completed the goals and tasks of the project on Developing population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030. 95% of business and service households have accounts to make non-cash payments.

The rate of digital signature of documents (except for confidential documents) reached over 95%; traceability of origin was applied to standard agricultural products... In particular, the ward deployed community digital technology teams in villages, hamlets, and residential groups to support people in carrying out administrative procedures, using other applications in people's transactions with the government...

Improve leadership capacity, build strong Party organization

Identifying Party building as the key, in the past term, the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee focused on comprehensive leadership and direction, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members.

The whole ward has organized 72 study classes, thoroughly grasping the Party's directives and resolutions for 5,452 cadres, party members and outstanding people in many diverse forms. The review in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII) is closely linked to the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo "on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

Party committees at all levels direct the strict implementation of Party regulations on setting examples, focusing on Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo on "Revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period", in order to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

The work of perfecting the organization and apparatus and improving the quality of the Party organization, building a team of pioneering and exemplary Party members to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation has received attention. The Ward Party Committee currently has 16 branches, grassroots Party Committees and 22 affiliated Party Committees with 838 Party members. In the period of 2020-2025, the entire Party Committee admitted 66 outstanding people to the Party, contributing to rejuvenating and creating more strength for the Party. The Ward Party Committee has implemented many solutions to improve the quality of Party cell activities, especially effectively implementing the models of "Four-good Party Cells", "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees"...

The work of building the government and political system has been promoted. The quality of the Ward People's Council meetings has been improved, with timely issuance of resolutions in line with reality, meeting development requirements, ensuring national defense and security of the locality.

The government's activities are close and intimate with the people, especially after the two-level local government model officially came into operation. In particular, the reform of administrative procedures according to the one-stop and one-stop mechanism has been carried out drastically and synchronously with the on-time settlement rate reaching 97%.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward have closely followed political tasks, proactively innovated forms of gathering and mobilizing union members, association members and people everywhere.

Building a civilized and modern ward

Secretary of the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee Ngo Duc Trong affirmed that the First Party Congress of the Ward for the 2025-2030 term is a political event of special significance, marking a strong transformation of the ward's political system after the merger of administrative units. The Congress is an opportunity to summarize, review the achievements and lessons of the previous term and clearly define the vision and key tasks, opening a new development stage for the locality.

In the 2025-2030 term, Nam Gia Nghia ward is determined to continue building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, effectively exploit resources for socio-economic development; ensure national defense and security; build Nam Gia Nghia ward to develop in a civilized, rich, and affectionate direction, and be one of the leading units in the province in applying science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

To realize the goals for the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Party Committee has set out many key and specific tasks on developing service and industrial economy associated with high-tech agriculture; promoting digital transformation, building e-government; improving the quality of social security, education, and health; maintaining political security and social order and safety.

In particular, the locality determined to focus on building a clean and strong Party organization associated with strictly implementing regulations on setting examples and preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

In addition to the key tasks, the Ward Party Committee identified 3 strategic breakthroughs to focus on leadership and direction. That is, promoting comprehensive digital transformation, especially in public administration; developing a team of cadres with innovative thinking, practical capacity and high adaptability; mobilizing maximum resources for investment in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure, creating a foundation for attracting investment and improving people's lives.

“With the spirit of innovation, solidarity and effective action, the Party Committee and People of the ward have confidently entered the new term, determined to build Nam Gia Nghia ward into a bright spot in urban development, economy and digital transformation of the province”, affirmed Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Ngo Duc Trong.

Total budget revenue for the 2021-2025 period is estimated at VND 2,868 billion. The average economic growth rate is 7.07%/year. The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction, in which industry - construction accounts for nearly 45%, trade - services 33.98%, agriculture - forestry - fishery accounts for 21.5%. The whole ward has attracted 7 large-scale urban investment projects, not only opening up investment opportunities, developing infrastructure but also creating jobs and changing the urban face.
