The Central Government requires that “wherever parents go, their children study there”, and that education should not be interrupted during the process of reorganizing the administrative system. Localities receiving cadres from merged units must prioritize ensuring school places for all children of civil servants, public employees, employees and workers who come to work at the new administrative center. The Departmentof Education and Training urgently arranges enough classrooms for students to immediately attend public schools near where civil servants, public employees and employees work.
Implementing this directive, Dong Nai has quickly taken action with many solutions to prioritize children of civil servants, public employees, and workers from Binh Phuoc province (old) to study at schools in the province. Right in the 2025-2026 school year, public schools from kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school are required to flexibly create conditions for enrollment and admission of children of civil servants, public employees, and workers newly transferred from Binh Phuoc province (old) to ensure that there is no interruption in learning, especially at the preschool and primary school levels.
According to many officials, civil servants, public employees and workers from Binh Phuoc province (old) who came to Dong Nai to work in recent days, the spirit is quite upbeat and enthusiastic as the province has implemented many practical support programs such as organizing shuttle buses, house rental costs, meals, etc. Especially, when completing school transfer documents for their children, they received enthusiastic and prompt support from the Department of Education and Training and educational institutions. This is an important basis for the team of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers to soon stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc once emphasized: "Welcoming officials and civil servants of Binh Phuoc province to work is like welcoming family members." This viewpoint is clearly demonstrated through the comprehensive support system from shuttle buses, housing, to schooling for children... When parents feel secure about their children's schooling, they will focus on contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the government apparatus, thereby actively contributing to the sustainable development of the locality.
