Spectacular scenery at the foot of Ba Den mountain at the beginning of the year

For a long time, the Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival ( Tay Ninh ) has become a unique cultural event, attracting thousands of visitors from all over the place. On the afternoon of January 4, crowds of people flock here to camp and sleep right at the foot of Ba Mountain, just like a "Camping Festival".

The Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival is held at the Ba Den Mountain Historical Relic and Scenic Area, located in Thanh Tan Commune, Hoa Thanh District, Tay Ninh. The festival lasts from the 4th to the 16th of the first lunar month every year.

This is the biggest and most anticipated festival of the year in Tay Ninh province. Therefore, every time Tet comes, locals and tourists from all over the world come together to attend the Spring Festival and participate in many exciting activities. Many people were present from 4pm to 5pm to wait for the opening ceremony.

Many children are excited to follow their grandparents and parents to attend the festival.

The weather in Tay Ninh at the beginning of the year is quite cool, with temperatures ranging from 22-33 degrees Celsius, favorable for recreational activities of residents and tourists.

From afternoon to evening, the number of tourists pouring in filled every street, the parking lots were quickly filled.

The art performance and high-altitude fireworks display with the theme "Fragrance of Tay Ninh" took place on the night of the 4th, lighting up the Tay Ninh sky, marking the opening of the festival.

Not only do people come here to make a pilgrimage, many also see this as an opportunity to join in the joy of welcoming the new year, enjoy the beauty of the land and sky, and participate in the series of exciting events of the festival.

Many people spread out tarps in the yard to sit together to eat, chat, wait to watch fireworks and art performances, creating an impressive picture with many colors.

Some people sleep at the foot of the mountain to enjoy the sacred and peaceful food source, hoping for a peaceful and happy new year.

After a night's sleep at the foot of the mountain, on the morning of the 5th (February 2), visitors began to go up the mountain to attend the "Trinh thap cung" ceremony. Pilgrims often offer the Lady offerings such as incense, lamps, fruits, tea, cakes, etc.

Besides worshiping the statue of Buddha Tay Bo Da Son, exploring the Buddhist space,... visitors can also admire the peaceful and spectacular natural scenery from the "roof" of the Southeast.
