A homeowner in Old Upper Thomson, Singapore was shocked to see a terrifying scene when he reviewed the surveillance camera in front of his house at around 3:40 pm on June 29. He discovered a 2.5m-long reticulated python and a 4m-long Sunda king cobra. Sharing the footage on Reddit's r/singapore on July 1, user u/kenryuuT said he reviewed the surveillance camera to find out why a python slithered into his neighbor's house.
During the inspection, he was shocked to witness a "fierce" fight between a reticulated python and a Sunda king cobra. The reticulated python emerged from the bushes, struggling to escape the attack of the giant king cobra.
After a period of "fighting", the reticulated python escaped the attack of the king cobra and slithered across the road, crawling straight into the house of OP's neighbor. However, the king cobra followed the python out onto the road to chase the reticulated python. However, it seemed that the appearance of a few cars startled the king cobra, so it quickly slithered into the nearby bushes.
Meanwhile, OP's neighbor was shocked to discover a python under his car while washing it. Fortunately, a passing cyclist discovered the animal and quickly handled the python so it did not endanger people. Photo cut from clip.
