As of July 16, Bao Lam 2 Commune Public Administration Service Center has received and processed 248 administrative procedure files, achieving a timely completion rate of 94%. However, some procedures related to land, business registration, tax, justice, etc. are still facing many difficulties due to lack of synchronization and lack of connection of procedures.

Regarding the organization of the Party Congress of the commune, up to now, Bao Lam 2 commune has basically prepared all documents, decorated propaganda and deployed related tasks, ensuring the successful organization of the Party Congress of the commune.

Bao Lam 1 commune was merged from Loc Thang town, Loc Quang commune and Loc Ngai commune (old Bao Lam district). Bao Lam 1 Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 134 records in all areas under its authority; of which, 70 records have been resolved ahead of schedule, 64 records are being resolved on time, reaching a rate of 100%.
Bao Lam 1 Commune is focusing on implementing tasks to prepare for the organization of the first Commune Party Congress.

At the meeting, representatives of the two communes' leaders pointed out a number of difficulties and challenges they are facing related to the task of operating the two-level government, such as: lack of personnel with deep expertise in information technology and digital transformation; scale, facilities, equipment, and machinery at the Public Administration Service Centers need more investment; the civil status system of the Ministry of Justice is not operating stably, with many interruptions causing difficulties in looking up information...
Localities requested the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to direct the early organization of training courses to improve professional skills for current commune-level officials and civil servants; focusing on training information technology skills and expertise.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and departments and branches have also made contributions to help Bao Lam 1 and Bao Lam 2 communes promote their existing strengths, overcome difficulties and limitations in effectively operating the 2-level government model and carefully prepare for the upcoming commune Party Congress.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by Bao Lam 1 and Bao Lam 2 communes in organizing and implementing the operation of the new administrative unit and carrying out tasks to prepare for the commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
