Binh Giang opens provincial road 395 to traffic

On the afternoon of June 27, Binh Giang district (Hai Duong) held an inauguration ceremony for the district's martyrs temple and opened provincial road 395 to traffic.

The Binh Giang District Martyrs Temple has been repaired and renovated with the following items: Memorial house, lowering of the crescent lake, internal road yard, entrance, ornamental plants in the yard, sidewalk in front of the temple gate, etc.

The total investment of the project is nearly 6.3 billion VND from the district budget. The repair and renovation of the district martyrs' temple aims to demonstrate the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "Repaying gratitude".

The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 395 and the road section from Cay bridge to provincial road 394 is a key project of Binh Giang district to implement the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. The route passes through Vinh Hung, Tan Viet, Hung Thang and Long Xuyen communes, 7.2 km long, with a total investment of more than 817 billion VND. The project started construction in November 2023.

Provincial Road 395 has been upgraded and renovated to the scale and standards of a grade III plain road, with 4 lanes, a design speed of 60 km/h, and a road surface width of 20-25 m. Before the renovation, this road was only 5.5-6 m wide, and the drainage system was not synchronous. The road upgrade contributes to completing the district's traffic network, reducing traffic volume for provincial roads 394, 392, and National Highway 38...
