Attending the award ceremony were comrade Nguyen Tan Ban, Party Secretary, Chairman of Vung Tau Ward People's Council; journalist Tran Van Phong, Head of SGGP Newspaper Representative Office in the Southeast region, and representatives of wards in the area.

Accordingly, during this period, the leaders of the Southeast Representative Office and SGGP Newspaper presented the Maps of Vietnam's Provincial Administrative Units and the Maps of Ho Chi Minh City's Commune Administrative Units to wards and communes to hang at headquarters and transfer to Party cells.

At the program, journalist Tran Van Phong said that, in addition to promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW (October 25, 2017) of the 12th Central Executive Committee "some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", SGGP Newspaper has coordinated with sponsors to print and present the Map of Vietnam's Provincial Administrative Units and the Map of Ho Chi Minh City's Commune Administrative Units in 2025 to readers; at the same time, helping leaders of wards and communes to better perform state management work and better perceive the new development space of Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country.
Journalist Tran Van Phong also sent his thanks to the Party Committee, leaders of Vung Tau Ward People's Committee and leaders and representatives of wards and communes for creating conditions and arranging time to attend the map donation program of SGGP Newspaper.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, comrade Nguyen Tan Ban, representing the communes and wards receiving the maps, expressed his gratitude to the Party Committee and the Editorial Board of SGGP Newspaper for their initiative in printing the maps and sending them to the units. Through this, he also hoped that in the coming time, SGGP Newspaper would continue to accompany the communes and wards, especially the 30 communes and wards in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (old) to contribute to the development of Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country.

After the program, journalist Tran Van Phong went to the Vung Tau Ward Public Administration Service Center to give maps to people coming to do administrative procedures.
