At the seminar " Building moon cake brand through the program "Blue Tick of Responsibility" on August 29 at the headquarters of Tuoi Tre newspaper,   Many businesses have expressed interest in the "blue tick responsibility" program, wishing to accompany and contribute to forming a transparent market and enhancing brand reputation.

When quality becomes a competitive advantage

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan - Deputy General Director of Sundo brand - shared that after only three years of participating in the moon cake market, Sundo has quickly established a foothold thanks to a methodical development strategy.

According to Ms. Ngan, the difference of Sundo lies in the fresh cake line with a shelf life of only 45 days. This feature makes the production and distribution costs higher than regular cakes, but at the same time is a clear commitment to quality and freshness. Thanks to that, Sundo is chosen by many large corporations such as Hyundai, Mercedes, Masan , Saigon Co.op,... as a high-end Mid-Autumn gift.

"The high-end product lines have contributed to enhancing reputation, while opening up opportunities to spread Vietnamese brands to international corporations," said Ms. Ngan, expressing her willingness to participate in the blue tick responsibility program to continue affirming the brand's reputation.

Similarly, Mr. Dao The Son - representative of Phuc An Phat Food Processing Company Limited - said that participating in the blue tick program is not only commercial, but also associated with social responsibility.

"A product brought to market must reflect the reputation and quality of the business. Otherwise, it will harm both consumers and the competitive environment," Mr. Son analyzed.

Expect more incentives from long-term policies

Mr. Pham Tuan Hai - Senior Director of KIDO Group, Deputy General Director of E2E E-commerce Company, Executive Committee Member of Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association - expressed his expectation: "When the product meets the standards and is recognized, the enterprise can become a priority partner in projects and orders of the State. This will be the motivation for enterprises to stick with the program for a long time, constantly improve the production process and enhance quality".

According to Mr. Hai, the State needs to issue specific incentive mechanisms to motivate businesses to do business properly, instead of letting the market operate spontaneously, leading to unhealthy competition.

According to Mr. Phuong, businesses can participate through 12 registered distribution systems, including new products such as moon cakes or processed foods. After confirming the information, the management agency will issue a certificate, thereby helping businesses to make their products transparent and position their green brands sustainably.

"The Blue Tick does not stop at just a certification, but also aims to form a fair, transparent playground with long-term cumulative value," Mr. Phuong emphasized.

Agreeing, Mr. Tran Xuan Toan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Newspaper - expressed that starting with moon cakes will lay the foundation for a safe and transparent market, thereby contributing to strengthening consumer confidence in Vietnamese products.
