Bac Lieu implements the Secretariat's approval decision on personnel work

(Dan Tri) - Two officials of Bac Lieu province were approved by the Central Party Secretariat to join the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On March 25, Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement decisions of the Central Party Secretariat related to personnel work and retirement decisions for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Central Party Secretariat approved Mr. Bui Tan Bay, Vice Chairman of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Council and Ms. To Viet Thu, Secretary of the Bac Lieu City Party Committee, to join the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Standing Committee of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to allow 10 officials to retire early according to Decree 178 and Decree 67 of the Government (phase 1), including the following cases:

Mr. Vuong Phuong Nam, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

Ms. Tran Thi Lan Phuong, Director of Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism.

Ms. Le Thanh Giang, former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Mr. Huynh Quoc Ca, former Director of Department of Construction.

Mr. Luu Van Liem, former Director of Department of Science and Technology.

Mr. Lu Thanh Tung, former Deputy Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Mr. Pham Thanh Hien, former Deputy Director of Department of Planning and Investment.

Mr. Tran Doan Cam, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duong, former Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies.

At the conference, Mr. Lu Van Hung, Secretary of Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee, sent his congratulations to Mr. Bui Tan Bay and Ms. To Viet Thu, expressing his hope that these two officials will continue to strive with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to successfully complete the set targets and tasks.

The Secretary of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee also acknowledged and commended the contributions of retired officials, and asked them to continue to pay attention and contribute ideas to Party and government organizations in building and developing their homeland in the coming time.
