The work "Glittering Orange Notes" by Vo Thanh Vinh won a gold medal.
The work was awarded a gold medal in the EVN art photography contest - 70 years of innovation with the country, organized by Vietnam Electricity Group in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.
The award ceremony took place on August 22 in Hanoi .
The work is highly appreciated for its unique shooting angles and interesting discoveries, bringing moving emotions to viewers.
The image of orange-shirted electricity workers hanging from electric wires in mid-air was taken from a distance by Vo Thanh Vinh.
The angle of the shot makes the images of those dedicated workers appear as small orange dots among the rows of electric wires, like musical notes on lines of a musical score.
So the name Lập tình âm orange is not only very suitable but also evokes many beautiful emotions about the dedication of electricians, bringing many benefits and joys to life.
In addition to the gold medal, two silver medal-winning works, Mastering New Technology by Nguyen Van Dong ( Khanh Hoa province) and Morning Dew on the Son La Hydropower Plant by Vu Phi Long (Son La province), also brought many emotions to viewers about the grandeur of the power plant and the modern development of the electricity industry today.
The photo series Soc Trang Electricity - Rural electrification by Kieu Anh Dung (HCMC), New day on Thai Binh thermal power plant by Nguyen Phuc Anh (Thai Binh province), 500kV line circuit 3 by Vu Minh Quan (Hanoi) also bring similar emotions.
In addition, the organizing committee also awarded five consolation prizes and selected more than 100 beautiful works to exhibit at the headquarters of Vietnam Electricity Group in Hanoi.
