According to the Tuyen Quang Province Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the northern edge of the tropical convergence zone with an axis through the North Central region connecting with storm No. 5, from the evening and night of August 24 to the afternoon of August 26, in Tuyen Quang province, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain; rainfall from 20-70mm, in some places over 100mm. Warning of the risk of localized heavy rain (>70mm/3h). During the storm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
