Reporting to the working group, the People's Committee of An Bien commune said that the infrastructure, transmission system, and equipment for online conferences of the Party Committee and the An Bien commune government were utilized from the transmission lines and equipment of the old An Bien district, basically meeting the requirements. From July 1 to July 7, 2025, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 347 records, of which 153 records were returned on time, and the specialized department is processing 194 records because they have not yet been returned.

For Tay Yen commune, the commune has transferred equipment and vehicles from the old Tay Yen A and Nam Yen communes to serve common activities. Rearranged working space, meeting rooms, technology systems, transmission lines, and basic information to ensure operational requirements.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Tay Yen commune proposed that the province support funding to invest in and build a new headquarters and working equipment to serve the operation of the new model; organize training and professional development for commune officials and civil servants after the merger; request the Department of Science and Technology to check and support the activation or restoration of faulty accounts and digital signatures, etc.

In Dong Thai commune, the People's Committee of the commune said that it has transferred state management of administrative boundaries, economic , cultural - social, national defense, security, government building, and administrative reform. In the first 7 working days, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 159 dossiers, returned 128 dossiers on time, and is processing 31 dossiers.
On this occasion, Dong Thai commune proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allocate investment capital to build a new or expand the Commune Public Administration Service Center to meet the prescribed standards from 150 - 200m2 .
