The tournament had the participation of 50 athletes from press agencies in the city.
Athletes are divided into two groups: Group A and Group B, competing in men's singles and men's doubles in a round-robin format, selecting first, second and third prizes.

After an exciting, thrilling and dramatic competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize in the men's singles to athlete Bui Duc Chung (VTV8); the second prize went to athlete Ho Xuan Mai (Viet Times magazine); and the third prize went to athlete Hong Quang Nam ( Da Nang Radio and Television Station) and Nguyen Huu Tra (Vietnam Real Estate Magazine).

The table tennis tournament is an annual event organized by the Da Nang Journalists Association to celebrate Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, aiming to strengthen the relationship, exchange experiences, and enhance solidarity between units with press agencies and the City Journalists Association.
