Promoting Vietnamese tourism in China

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to host the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Program in China from November 5-10 in Chengdu and Chongqing, China.


According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , this year's program is organized with the aim of creating opportunities for localities and Vietnamese tourism businesses to introduce policies, destinations, and tourism products to the key Chinese market; connect, establish business cooperation relationships, and attract Chinese tourists to travel to Vietnam and vice versa.

Currently, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has issued Document No. 2212/CDLQGVN-QLXT inviting Departments of Tourism, Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Centers for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion; travel, transportation, hotel businesses... to participate in the Program to introduce Vietnamese tourism in China.

Through the program, Vietnamese destinations and tourism businesses will have the opportunity to meet and discuss business cooperation opportunities with Chinese tourism businesses; as well as introduce their products and services at events, in order to attract Chinese partners and tourists.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, China is the world's largest outbound market with nearly 155 million outbound tourists in 2019. China is also the world's largest outbound tourism spending market with 255 billion USD in 2019.
