The number of works eligible for consideration and awarding prizes is 105 works in the following categories: prose, poetry, music, fine arts, photography, architecture, folk arts, and theater. During the preliminary and final judging process, the members of the Judging Council closely followed the judging regulations, strictly implemented the regulations, ensuring objectivity, impartiality, and fairness. The Provincial Literature and Arts Association regularly grasped the ideological situation, resolved a number of issues and opinions on considering and awarding prizes. The final results will be posted on the provincial electronic information portal, Thai Binh Newspaper, the provincial Literature and Arts Association's electronic information page and posted at the provincial Literature and Arts Association's headquarters for 15 days.
