Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung and inspection team No. 2 visited and surveyed the preparations for the 2025 high school graduation exam at the exam site of Long Xuyen High School (My Long Ward, Long Xuyen City).
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province, said that this year's graduation exam had a total of 21,233 candidates registered in the province.

To ensure conditions for candidates to take the exam safely and seriously, the province organized 48 official exam sites and 1 backup exam site (an increase of 2 sites compared to 2024), with a total of 938 exam rooms, 50 backup exam rooms and 17 waiting rooms for independent candidates who have graduated.
Up to now, preparations for the 2025 high school graduation exam in An Giang province have been almost completed, with the goal of organizing the exam safely, seriously and effectively.
Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung requested the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in An Giang province to pay attention to carefully checking facilities and equipment to ensure that they serve the exam sites, copy and transport exam papers in accordance with regulations. Strengthen inspection and supervision of food safety and security issues in exam rooms to proactively develop scenarios and contingency plans for unusual situations to ensure the exam takes place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

"This year's exam is very special, being the first year to organize the exam for candidates according to the 2006 and 2018 GeneralEducation Programs in the same session. The Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam of An Giang province must coordinate closely and proactively in all situations. Pay attention to disseminating information about the high school graduation exam schedule, new scores and exam organization so that students and parents can understand and implement it. An Giang has a large area, especially at this time of the rainy season, so the province needs to proactively have backup plans to ensure traffic safety, means of transportation, support candidates who live far away, students in island areas who have to travel by ferry, ferry... so that they can attend the exam in the best and most convenient way", said Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung.
Inspection Team No. 2 also requested An Giang province to pay attention to coordinating to support candidates in terms of knowledge, psychology, health maintenance, and promptly grasp the circumstances of special candidates to create conditions for participating in the exam with the spirit of "leaving no candidate behind".
