Director of the Culture - Information and Sports Center of O Dien Commune, Bui Thi Quyen, said that the mass art festival aims to propagate and educate the thousand-year-old history and heroic tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi, the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of the capital. Thereby, arousing pride, solidarity and unity to build O Dien Commune "Solidarity - Democracy - Setting an example - Discipline - Development".
With the theme “Faith in the Party”, the performances at the art festival are songs praising Vietnam - the country - the people; praising the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam , the great President Ho Chi Minh who led our nation in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, building the country, for a rich and powerful Vietnam.
Along with that, praising the Capital Hanoi - City for Peace , Creative City "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" with traditional cultural values, imbued with national identity, new, diverse cultural products with modernity; praising the people, land, traditional historical culture of the homeland of O Dien commune.
At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 12 Encouragement Prizes. In which, the First Prize went to the performance “Vietnamese Heroism” of cluster 9 - Tan Lap; the Second Prize went to the performance “Party Flag” of cluster 2 - Tan Lap and “Vietnamese Heroism”, Thuong Hoi village - Tan Hoi; the Third Prize went to the performances “Songs for Uncle Ho” of Huu Cuoc village, “Vietnamese Heroism” of cluster 1 - Ha Mo, “Lac Hong Bloodline” of cluster 9 - Ha Mo.
After more than 1 week of launching (from August 15 to August 22, 2025), the contest "Check in with the national flag" organized by the Culture - Information and Sports Center of O Dien commune received more than 200 entries from a large number of cadres, civil servants, officials, members, union members, students, and people. The Organizing Committee selected valid entries to post publicly on the Fanpage "O Dien Hanoi" for voting.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 5 Encouragement Prizes. In which, the First Prize went to Ms. Do Thi Hang - Principal of Tan Hoi B Kindergarten; the Second Prize went to author Nguyen Ngoc An Chi - Lien Hong Kindergarten and The Thanh Hoa - Tan Lap A Primary School and 3 Third Prizes went to authors: Nguyen Hong Huyen - Hong Ha Kindergarten, Hoang Thi Ly - Tan Lap Kindergarten, Le Phuong Hue - Hong Ha Secondary School.
The contest "Check in with the national flag" in 2025 in O Dien commune aims to find photos with beautiful moments expressing national pride, patriotism, pride in the flag, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant and the aspiration to rise of the capital and the country; spread love for the homeland and the country, encourage and motivate cadres and people of O Dien commune to actively respond to patriotic emulation movements, digital transformation, digital citizenship, preserve and promote the cultural heritage values of the homeland in the period of integration and development.
