Specifically, Kim Phu commune has 3 points at On, Yen Hop and Mo O O O villages; Dakrong commune has 2 points at Ly Ton spillway and Chan Ro spillway; Phong Nha commune has 1 point at Troc spillway; Ba Long commune has 1 point at Ba Long spillway.
In Ben Quan commune, the road from the center of Vinh O commune (old) to villages 4, 5, 8, 9 is completely isolated. In addition, Hieu Giang commune has 5 flooded points at Ba Thung, Ben Dau, Thien Chanh, Tan Quang and Binh My hamlet; Thuong Trach commune has 1 flooded point at Ca Rong 1 culvert; Dan Hoa commune has 2 flooded points at K Dinh and K.Ai culverts; Huong Phung commune has many bridges flooded to a depth of about 1 meter.

In Huong Hiep commune alone, the Khe Nghi and Tien Hien overflow bridges were flooded about 70cm deep, causing the road from the commune center to Gia Gia village (with 190 households and about 900 people) to be cut off; the road to Ta Bung cluster (Xa Vi village) was flooded about 60cm deep, causing temporary cutting off of 32 households and 108 people; the intra-village roads in Khe Xong and A Rong clusters were flooded 30-50cm deep. In particular, at Khe Ngang village culvert, Truong Son commune, the water was 1.2m deep and 100m long.
All deeply flooded traffic points have been barricaded and guarded by authorities and local authorities, preventing people and vehicles from passing.
Regarding landslides, the Ho Chi Minh road, the West branch, through Huong Lap commune, has 1 landslide at Km175+200 and 1 landslide and break at the spillway between Se Pu village and Cu Bai; the patrol road Huong Phung-Lao Bao has a landslide at Km8+200 with 30-40m3 of soil and rock, making it impossible for people and vehicles to pass. Particularly, the provincial road 571 section through Vinh O commune (old) adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh road, the West branch, was swept away by flood and completely cut off; at the spillway at Km25+900, the flood was 0.5m-2m deep, the section at Km22-24 collapsed on the slope with about 350m3 of soil and rock; at the spillway at Km25+900, the road was eroded 30m, making it impassable.
According to information from the Provincial Border Guard Command, 8,667 boats/23,927 workers have safely anchored to avoid the storm in localities. The number of out-of-province ships anchored at ports in the province is 191 vehicles/1,245 workers. In addition, there are 68 cargo ships/406 crew members and 3 tugboats, 3 barges.
Regarding agricultural production, the whole province has 624.65 hectares of summer-autumn rice that has fallen, fallen and flooded (Tuyen Phu commune 50 hectares, Vinh Dinh 30 hectares, Phong Nha 3 hectares, Truong Phu 22.65 hectares, Hieu Giang 310 hectares, Vinh Hoang 7 hectares, Ninh Chau 200 hectares, Ben Quan 2 hectares; 65.5 hectares of vegetables affected (Tuyen Phu commune 15 hectares, Hieu Giang 50 hectares, Ben Quan 0.5 hectares).
