CELEBRATE THE 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE AUGUST REVOLUTION AND NATIONAL DAY 2-9 Workers compete to achieve achievements to celebrate National Day 2-9

Trade Unions at all levels have launched many specific action programs, encouraging union members and workers to work enthusiastically, promote creativity, contribute to the successful implementation of production and business tasks and make practical achievements to celebrate major national holidays.

Spread the competitive spirit

These days, at Elma Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (in Nhon Trach commune), throughout the factory, canteen, and company campus, revolutionary songs are played through internal loudspeakers, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the workers. On the production lines, workers work enthusiastically and effectively. Sharing this joyful and exciting atmosphere, the grassroots Trade Union organized a collective birthday party for workers in August 2025 and rewarded workers for their high productivity in July 2025.

Workers of Dong Phuong Company Limited (in Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai province) enthusiastically participated in the cross-country race taking place in mid-August 2025.

Ms. Tran Cam Thu, a worker at the company, said: For nearly 20 years working with the company, she has always strived to work and learn to improve her skills to adapt to the company's innovations. When she was awarded by the Union for her productive work in July, she was very happy, considering this a motivation to continue to contribute and improve product quality.

At Dong Phu Cuong Company Limited (in Thong Nhat Commune), from the beginning of August 2025, the Company launched the Green Transformation - Productivity Increase Emulation Movement associated with the goal of achieving achievements to celebrate National Day September 2 among employees. Accordingly, production teams registered innovative initiatives to apply in practice, bringing practical results. To recognize the efforts of employees, the Company continuously issued rewards, creating motivation and trust with employees. Recently, the Company spent nearly 350 million VND to reward collectives and individuals who completed the July plan and had innovative ideas in production.

The emulation movement to celebrate National Day 2-9 is not only about political and spiritual significance, but also brings practical economic efficiency. Many enterprises have recorded an increase of 5-10% in output every month. Dozens of initiatives have been applied to help save costs and increase productivity. Specifically, the emulation movements in production labor, promoting technical innovation initiatives; programs to improve knowledge and professional skills.

Currently, Freewell Vietnam Co., Ltd. is operating stably, has a relatively complete infrastructure system and has invested in fire prevention and fighting systems to create a professional and modern production environment. The union motivates employees to work with peace of mind by taking care of their material and spiritual lives. Along with that, it builds a safe, healthy, friendly and united working environment.

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, deeply aware that emulation is the driving force for development, from the beginning of 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed all levels of the Provincial Union to implement plans and emulation movements to ensure practicality, effectiveness, and breadth in agencies, units, and enterprises, especially emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the province and the country.

Many cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities have taken place enthusiastically, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, improving spiritual life, health and creating solidarity among the workforce.

At Dong Phuong Company Limited (a company with over 9,000 employees in Binh Minh Commune, Dong Nai Province), since the beginning of 2025, the grassroots Trade Union has continuously organized sports and physical training activities, creating a healthy playground for employees to participate. Recently, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the grassroots Trade Union organized a cross-country race with the participation of more than 700 union members and employees from production workshops. The athletes competed enthusiastically, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and health for work and creativity.

Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Tran Bien Ward), said: To create motivation for labor production among employees, the Trade Union Executive Committee has proactively coordinated with enterprises to implement patriotic emulation movements associated with the tasks of each production workshop.
