Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the Congress. Also attending the Congress were comrades: Vo Thi Thu Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of provincial agencies.
Mang Yang commune was established on the basis of merging Dak Djrang commune, Dak Ya commune, Kon Dong town (belonging to the old Mang Yang district) and Hai Yang commune (belonging to the old Dak Doa district).
During the past term, promoting the spirit of solidarity and making efforts to overcome difficulties, the Mang Yang Commune Party Committee achieved and exceeded 82/88 targets and tasks of the term.
The Party Committee attaches great importance to the work of improving and enhancing the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party cell and the quality of the Party members. Up to now, the staff and civil servants have been fully strengthened in terms of quantity and quality. The percentage of village heads who are Party members is 100%, and the percentage of Party cell secretaries who are also village heads is 80.55%. Every year, 100% of Party cells are classified as having completed their tasks well or better, and 89% of Party members have completed their tasks well or better.
The economy has developed relatively comprehensively, infrastructure has been invested, people's material and spiritual life has been improved, culture and society have progressed; national defense and security have been maintained. Average income per capita reached 58.04 million VND/year, the rate of people participating in health insurance reached 86.53%.
The Congress set out the main targets for the 2025-2030 term: striving for a product value growth rate of 10.5%; average income per capita by the end of the term reaching 70 million VND/year; total budget revenue in the area by 2030 reaching over 33 billion VND; total crop area in the area reaching over 7,300 hectares; reducing the multidimensional poverty rate to 0.74%...
The Congress also identified four key tasks and four breakthroughs. At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing targets and proposing solutions to achieve and exceed targets and tasks in the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh emphasized: Entering the new phase, the Commune Party Committee needs to focus on implementing a number of key tasks well. Accordingly, when handling work, each cadre and Party member needs to firmly grasp the Party's policies, correctly understand the law, perform the right duties and authority, ensuring that the work is resolved quickly and transparently.
Mang Yang Commune is located on the Quy Nhon - Pleiku highway, which is a favorable condition for development in the coming time. Therefore, the commune needs to pay attention to exploiting and making the most of this advantage to improve people's lives. In the current period, the commune must focus on economic development along with environmental protection.
Immediately after the Congress, the commune needs to urgently concretize the resolution into action programs and specific plans, not only for the entire 5-year term but also for each period and every year.
At the same time, focus on innovating scientific, disciplined and disciplined leadership methods; improve the quality of Party cell activities, do a good job of developing new Party members, especially developing Party members who are ethnic minorities and Party members in enterprises in the commune. Pay more attention to social security work, take care of education , health care, and vocational training for people.
To fulfill the new responsibility, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee requested that the Party Executive Committee of the commune as well as all Party members of the commune need to fully and correctly perceive their role and position in the new era, renew their thinking and vision. Accordingly, cadres need to have 6 core thinking: thinking of serving the people; thinking of reform and innovation; thinking of digital and technology; thinking of rule of law and discipline; thinking of sustainable and comprehensive development; thinking of integration and learning.
The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Mang Yang Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 25 comrades; Comrade Le Trong was appointed to hold the position of Commune Party Secretary.
