According to the project, Dien Khanh commune will mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire population in drug prevention and control; resolutely fight and handle crimes and violations of the law related to drugs, gradually clean up the area, set a goal that by the end of 2025, the commune will strive to have 20% of villages and residential groups free of drugs and by 2030, it will reach at least 50%; at the same time, step up propaganda and dissemination of laws, create changes in awareness and action among the entire population; build advanced models and examples at the grassroots level; strictly manage drug addicts and illegal users; strengthen patrols and controls, promptly detect and handle complicated hotspots, etc. At the conference, units signed a commitment to build drug-free villages, residential groups, agencies and schools.
