On the morning of August 30, at the Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs' Cemetery, a delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited and offered flowers and incense to commemorate the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroic Martyrs, on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
Accompanying the delegation were leaders and former leaders of Ho Chi Minh City through the periods; leaders of departments, branches, and sectors of the city and localities.

The delegation respectfully offered the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and heroic martyrs a wreath of flowers: "The City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City forever remembers the heroic martyrs".

The delegation observed a minute of silence and offered incense to commemorate the heroic Vietnamese mothers and martyrs, expressing their infinite gratitude to the people, cadres and soldiers who fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony, the delegates went to the graves of the heroic martyrs to burn incense in memory and gratitude.

At the Ho Chi Minh City Cemetery, the delegation visited and offered flowers and incense to commemorate Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroic Martyrs; leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front; veteran revolutionaries; generals and officers in the armed forces.
Here, the delegation observed a moment of silence, offered incense to commemorate the merits and expressed their infinite gratitude to the heroic Vietnamese mothers and heroic martyrs; the leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front; the veteran revolutionaries; the generals and officers in the armed forces... who devoted their whole lives to the cause of national liberation and made great contributions to the construction and protection of the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
After the flower and incense offering ceremony, delegates went to the grave to burn incense in memory and gratitude.
