Accordingly, the area will host special cultural and artistic performances along with the Street Food and Culture Festival from August 29 to September 2, including 5 experiential spaces. The highlight is the 1st Youth Dance and Song Propaganda Festival in 2025. This is a useful playground for children, held in the summer to arouse their passion for art, create an environment for exchange and connection, and at the same time discover and nurture new artistic talents for the grassroots.



Participating in the festival, students from various schools performed many special performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the capital Hanoi , family affection, teachers and students, and their beloved school.
14 primary and secondary schools brought 28 typical performances, such as: "We enter the new era" (Van Dinh Primary School), "Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh ", "I am a young bamboo shoot" (Tao Duong Van Primary School), "Childhood's song", "80 independent autumns" (Nguyen Thuong Hien Secondary School), "Hello new school year", "A lap of Vietnam" (Phuong Tu Secondary School)... The performances were elaborately staged, full of emotions, expressing the innocence and purity of children.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 First prizes to Van Dinh Primary School and Nguyen Thuong Hien Secondary School; 2 Second prizes to Tao Duong Van Primary School and Van Dinh Secondary School; 4 Third prizes and many Encouragement prizes and Special prizes to other units.


In parallel with the children's festival, Van Dinh commune also organized the art exchange program "August Melody". The program gathered more than 200 non-professional actors from villages and residential groups, with 17 unique singing - dancing - music performances, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland and the spirit of building new rural areas.
Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Pham Thuy Hoa affirmed that this was not only an opportunity for the people to review the heroic revolutionary tradition, but also to express their pride and deep gratitude to the previous generation, affirming their determination to build their homeland to be more and more prosperous and civilized. The performance ended emotionally with the melody "As if Uncle Ho were here on the day of great victory", leaving a deep echo in the hearts of the audience.

In particular, on the occasion of the big holiday, the People's Committee of the commune also organized the Van Dinh Street Food and Culture Festival, taking place for 5 days (from August 29 to September 2) with 5 unique experience spaces. In particular, the street art space brings many activities, such as martial arts exchange, piano and violin performances, singing, ca tru, mass art and community games.
The check-in space is designed with the theme "Radiant Vietnam", "Happy Independence Day" with sketching and portrait painting areas, culinary displays, and OCOP products of the locality and surrounding areas.




In addition, folk games such as tug of war, sack race, hopscotch, democratic flower picking, etc. attract a large number of people, creating a joyful and cohesive atmosphere, recalling childhood memories. This is also an opportunity to promote the image of Van Dinh homeland to visitors from near and far, promoting the development of community tourism and the local economy.
