VNPT Kien Luong and Vinh Dieu Commune People's Committee signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of August 29, 2025, at the Hall of Vinh Dieu Commune People's Committee, VNPT Kien Luong and Vinh Dieu Commune People's Committee solemnly held the Signing Ceremony of the Digital Transformation Cooperation Agreement for the period 2025 - 2030. This is an important event, opening a new step in the journey to realize the goal of building digital government, digital economy, and digital society at the grassroots level.

Mr. Ha Quang Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Dieu Commune People's Committee (top left row) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tong - Chief Representative of VNPT in the area, Director of VNPT Kien Luong (top right row) signed the cooperation agreement at the Ceremony.

According to the agreement, the two sides will coordinate to synchronously implement many key items:

Developing digital infrastructure: investing in expanding telecommunications infrastructure, upgrading 4G/5G networks, deploying information security solutions, digital signatures, and electronic receipts. Building digital government: building a shared data warehouse, applying AI and Big Data in management; promoting models under Project 06.

Deploying solutions to develop the digital economy : focusing on solutions to promote digital transformation for businesses, access e-commerce, apply cashless payments, develop e-commerce towards comprehensive development of the digital economy.
Developing digital society: deploying smart healthcare, smart education , electronic medical records, digital transcripts; raising digital awareness for people, building digital citizens with people at the center.

Previously, VNPT Kien Luong cooperated with Vinh Dieu commune to deploy many foundational items: full coverage fiber optic network, 4G/5G broadcasting station, administrative procedure settlement system, document management and operation software integrated with digital signature, etc. These initial results have created a solid foundation for the new phase of cooperation.

The signing ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere, marking an important first step in the cooperation journey. With the consensus of the government, the pioneering companionship of VNPT Kien Luong and the response of the people, Vinh Dieu commune is expected to become a typical locality in digital transformation of An Giang province in the period of 2025 - 2030./.
