Accordingly, Quang Tri allocated nearly VND 185 billion from the targeted supplementary budget of the Central Government to temporarily provide 78 communes, wards and special zones with gifts for 1,847,378 people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2. The People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones are responsible for using the funds for the right purposes and implementing financial settlement and payment according to regulations.
To complete this task of profound human significance, demonstrating the Party and State's concern for the People, local authorities are urgently coordinating with the police of communes, wards, and special zones to urgently conduct a general review of the entire population in the area, including those who have registered for permanent or temporary residence or have no information in the National Population Database but are actually living there.
At the same time, the authorities propagated and guided people to carry out necessary procedures such as issuing level 2 electronic identification accounts, registering bank accounts and integrating social security accounts on the VNeID application to promptly deliver gifts to people.
It is known that the gift level is 100,000 VND/person for all people to celebrate Independence Day.
