Definition of Chief Architect, Chief Architect?

The Chief Engineer of Science , Technology and Innovation includes the Chief Engineer of the System (the Chief Engineer of the System is the person in charge of implementing the key strategic system, the system of especially important projects on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation (ST&I) of the country) and the Chief Engineer of the Project (the person in charge of implementing special S&T and innovation tasks and programs approved by the Prime Minister and other S&T and innovation programs and tasks of large scale, special significance, interdisciplinary nature, important to socio -economic development according to the Government's regulations.

The Chief Architect includes the Chief Architect at the ministerial level (who is in charge of advising on the development of the architectural framework for the implementation of the tasks of the key strategic system on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation of the ministerial agency), the Chief Architect at the provincial level (who is in charge of advising on the development of the architectural framework for the implementation of the tasks of the key strategic system on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation of the locality) and the Chief Project Architect who is in charge of implementing the project with the science and technology, innovation and digital transformation component.

Criteria for selecting Chief Engineer and Chief Architect

In addition to the basic criteria of Professional Qualification, Ethics and Dedication, Reputation and Competence, Problem Solving Ability and Compliance with Regulations, the Chief Engineer and Chief Architect have their own selection criteria as follows:

The System Chief Engineer has at least 10 years of experience in the field of Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation; Has the capacity to design, organize and coordinate large, multidisciplinary, highly creative programs and projects. In addition, must have the capacity to connect and build a network of domestic and international experts and scientists; Has chaired at least 02 science and technology programs and projects that have had significant impacts and have been successfully applied; Has the capacity to manage large-scale and interdisciplinary programs and projects, and has participated in the national science and technology strategy.

Project General Engineer : Requirements are similar to System General Engineer but only require at least 01 successful program or project.

For Chief Architect at ministerial level , candidates must have at least 07 years of experience in related fields; Have chaired at least 01 scientific and technological program or task with a large scope of impact; Have the ability to build and coordinate innovative projects, have strategic thinking; Have the ability to work with international organizations in the field of science and technology.

For Provincial Chief Architect , the criteria are similar to those of Ministerial Chief Architect but focus on local scope.

To apply for the position of Chief Project Architect , candidates must have at least 05 years of experience in a related field; Have chaired at least 01 successful science and technology program or project; Have the ability to implement programs and projects with components of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
