Vietravel Airlines officially approved to increase charter capital to 1,300 billion VND

Recently, Vietravel Airlines was granted Air Transport Business License No. 01/2024/GPKDVCHK by the Ministry of Transport . According to the Air Transport Business License No. 01/2024/GPKDVCHK, Vietravel Airlines has a charter capital of VND 1,300 billion, including 4 shareholders who are domestic legal entities: Vietravel Group (holding 85.8% of charter capital); Vietnam Transport Marketing and Tourism Company - Vietravel (holding 13.7% of charter capital); Mr. Tran Doan The Duy (holding 0.25%) of charter capital and Mr. Doan Hai Dang (holding 0.25% of charter capital). Vietravel Airlines increasing its charter capital to VND 1,300 billion is a positive sign, showing that the airline is taking strong steps to expand its operations and improve service quality. With more abundant capital, Vietravel Airlines plans to invest in expanding its fleet, upgrading facilities and developing new products and services, in order to bring customers the best flight experiences.
