According to Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, the officer in charge of information technology and digital transformation in Phong Nha commune, to keep up with the strong digital transformation, the locality has deployed solutions to build and develop online platforms, such as: Website, fanpage... to provide information and legal guidance quickly, diversely and vividly to the people.
From there, new propaganda methods are opened up, not only bringing convenience in the implementation stage of the organization but also helping people to easily access, understand, and create more interest in receiving legal information.
Currently, provincial departments, branches, unions, and commune-level People's Committees have built electronic information portals/pages; in which, many localities and units have built a section on PBGDPL or a section on new legal documents and policies. From there, it helps PBGDPL activities not be limited in space, creating a wide and rapid spread of official legal information; helping people easily and conveniently exploit and learn the law to protect and enforce legal rights and obligations. Through the discussion, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee and Director of Phong Nha Commune Public Administration Service Center Tran Huong Lam said: "In recent times, the commune has deployed the application of information technology and digital transformation in legal dissemination work with many diverse and rich forms, contributing to spreading legal information to people, bringing many positive results, meeting the needs of local socio-economic development".
Identifying digital transformation in legal dissemination work for members and women as a solution to strongly innovate the way of providing legal information to officials, members and women, the Women's Union of Quang Tri province has implemented many practical and specific solutions.
From there, it creates conditions for female cadres and members to easily access, self-study, learn about the law and raise awareness of law compliance. The highlight is that the Provincial Women's Union has taken full advantage of information technology, social networks and effectively used communication channels within the association system to innovate and diversify the content and forms of propaganda for legal education to cadres, members and people.
Up to now, communication channels such as: Quang Tri Provincial Women's Union website, fanpage, zalo and facebook groups of all levels of the union are updated daily, ensuring timeliness, while closely following the political tasks of the province, the unit and the people's need to learn about the law.

Since being informed about digital applications through social media channels and joining the zalo group of the women's association, I have proactively sought information and looked up new documents and regulations that are easy to grasp and implement."
