Car driver who lit firecrackers and threw them on the street in District 1 is being investigated.

On August 20, District 1 Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police to investigate and prosecute the driver who lit firecrackers and threw them onto the street, causing a stir in public opinion.

Previously, on the evening of August 19, a clip recorded a young man wearing a white T-shirt and a black baseball cap, using a lighter to light a firecracker and throwing it onto the street.

About 5 seconds later, the firecracker exploded loudly. The incident was recorded by a person in the same car.

Through verification, the incident took place on Ton Duc Thang Street (Ben Nghe Ward, District 1). Currently, the police are urgently investigating and prosecuting the above young man to handle him according to regulations.
