In particular, the Federation has successfully organized the Taekwondo Festival - Thang Long Cup in 2025 with the participation of thousands of athletes in the northern region...

Chairman of the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation Nguyen Manh Hung emphasized: In the coming time, to be suitable for the 2-level local government model, on the one hand, we will continuously update to promptly implement the directive documents of the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation, on the other hand, the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation will coordinate with district and county Taekwondo Clubs to change names, functions, tasks, and adjust the operating model corresponding to the activities of the communes and wards.

From now until the end of the year, the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation will focus on supporting clubs to organize exams for promotion, belt and level according to regulations. Along with that, it will organize competitions, first of all, coordinate and support the Ninh Binh Martial Arts Federation to organize the Hoa Lu Taekwondo Cup Open Tournament (from July 19 to 20)... At the same time, professional units will promptly advise, research plans, and proactively implement the task of organizing the mid-term Congress of the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation, in conjunction with organizing the Hanoi International Taekwondo Festival Open...

Affirming the goal of the Federation's activities is "to create maximum conditions for the Taekwondo movement in the capital to develop widely with increasingly improved clubs", Head of the Department of Sports Management, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Dao Quoc Thang, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation emphasized: In the context of many new regulations being issued according to the 2-level local government model, district-level Taekwondo need to maintain effective operations, at the same time, proactively carry out the necessary procedures to register club activities according to the administrative units of 126 new communes and wards.

In order to recognize the outstanding achievements of district-level clubs in the first 6 months of the year before implementing the two-tier government model, the Hanoi Taekwondo Federation has evaluated the competition for these units. created, the first place belongs to Dong Da Taekwondo Club, the second place belongs to Bac Tu Liem Taekwondo Club, and the third place belongs to Ha Dong Taekwondo Club and Nam Tu Liem Club.
