Awarding 50 scholarships to disadvantaged children in Yen Thang commune

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of June 10, in Yen Thang commune, the Social Work Center - Thanh Hoa Provincial Children's Support Fund, in coordination with Lang Chanh District Youth Union, organized a scholarship awarding ceremony for children in special and difficult circumstances in response to the Month of Action for Children 2025.

At the ceremony, delegates awarded 50 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to 50 children under 16 years old with especially difficult circumstances in Yen Thang commune who have made efforts to excel in their studies. All scholarships were sponsored by Doan Thi Diem Primary School ( Hanoi City).

The scholarship award ceremony is an opportunity for the whole society to express its responsibility, love and special care for the young generation - the future owners of the country. This is also an opportunity for all levels, sectors and the social community to listen, share and act together for a safe and healthy living and learning environment for children.

The scholarships awarded to students are also meaningful and practical gifts, helping them overcome difficulties to continue to strive and achieve high achievements in studying and training.
