The Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just sent a document to the Standing Committee of the Thu Duc City Party Committee and district and county Party Committees regarding the use of the Party flag and images of the Party flag in accordance with regulations; and visual propaganda and agitation in Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee requested the Thu Duc City Party Committee and the district and county Party Committees to direct units to decorate the Party flag in accordance with Regulation 99 of the Central Party Secretariat on the Party flag and the use of the Party flag. Direct units to review and replace banners, posters, and propaganda paintings with inappropriate content or old, torn, or crumpled content; replace old, faded national flags, Party flags, and pennants in residential areas, apartment buildings, and agency headquarters.
The Propaganda Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also reminded localities and units to propagate the following contents: Celebrating the Year of the Dragon, Celebrating the glorious Party - Ho Chi Minh City moving forward steadily; Ho Chi Minh City people welcome the Year of the Dragon 2024 in solidarity, joy, health and economy; The Party Committee, Government and People of the city join hands for the poor so that Tet comes to everyone, every home.
