Mong Cai City: Meeting of 3 positions and commendation of outstanding collectives and individuals in the first 6 months of 2025

On June 20, Mong Cai City held a meeting of Party cell secretaries, village and neighborhood heads, and heads of village and neighborhood front work committees for the first 6 months of 2025 and commended and rewarded outstanding collectives and individuals in performing political tasks, especially in the movement "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle".

Mong Cai City leaders commended Party cell secretaries, village and ward chiefs, and heads of village and ward front work committees for their outstanding achievements.

At the conference, Mong Cai City summarized 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo . Accordingly, studying and following Uncle Ho has become a widespread movement, spreading strongly throughout the entire political system, contributing to improving public ethics and efficiency in serving the people; many typical and advanced collectives and individuals have been commended.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Mong Cai City achieved many outstanding results. The city successfully organized the election of village and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term and the Party Congress of all 100% of units, ensuring the model of "People trust - Party elects". The economy continued to grow strongly with import-export turnover increasing by 32%, total budget revenue reaching more than 2,723 billion VND, equal to 112.3% over the same period. The tourism sector welcomed more than 2.6 million visitors, with revenue reaching over 6,200 billion VND.

The city also completed 18 important historical documents, including: History of Mong Cai City Party Committee, history of 16 communes and wards Party Committees and publications marking the local revolutionary journey. This is a meaningful activity, contributing to preserving and promoting local historical values.

Mong Cai City leaders commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Hoang Ba Nam acknowledged and expressed gratitude for the contributions of the team of Party cell secretaries, village-area heads, and heads of the residential area front committee. He emphasized that from July 1, 2025, the new two-level government model will be operated, requiring readiness and high responsibility from officials and civil servants, especially leaders. The handover of tasks, assets, and organizations must be carried out seriously and fully before the transfer time.

The conference also commended and rewarded many Party organizations, individuals and Party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years; village-area heads and heads of the residential area Front work committees who have excellently completed the 2022-2025 term; collectives and individuals who have contributed to propaganda work, compilation of historical documents and press activities.

The conference is not only an opportunity to summarize and evaluate work results, but also to express gratitude and arouse the spirit of dedication and responsibility in the entire political system at the grassroots level, in joining hands and unanimity to build Mong Cai City to develop rapidly, sustainably, modernly and humanely.
