General Secretary To Lam attends the launch of 3 application platform systems serving the implementation of Resolution 57

At the beginning of the conference, the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development launched three application platform systems to serve the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation development.

The first is the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal - the official voice of the Party in the digital space. The Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal is the official information channel of the Party in the cyberspace, playing an important role in Party building, orienting public opinion and connecting cadres, party members with the general public.

As the "voice of the Party", the Party's Electronic Information Portal provides a panoramic picture of the activities of Party and State leaders, from important policies, guidelines, and resolutions to the daily activities of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and agencies directly under the Central Committee.

The second is the Monitoring and Evaluation System of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU. This is a real-time work management system from the central to local levels, built for the first time to conduct systematic, online, nationwide monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Resolution 57, with the ability to expand and be flexible with other national-level management and direction programs...

The monitoring and evaluation system of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW includes the Key Strategy System, which is the key task groups and fields assigned to Party committees, boards, ministries, branches and localities; performance indicators of the Resolution's implementation targets; operational indicators measuring the progress of implementing solutions; indicators measuring the level of completion of tasks and solutions.

The system also has a mechanism to allow the implementation of new ideas, technologies, and policies in a limited environment for evaluation before widespread application and is implemented on the principle of "correct, sufficient, clean, alive", data must be accurate, complete, processed to eliminate errors and updated regularly and continuously.

Third is the Information System for receiving and processing feedback, recommendations, and solutions for initiatives in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. The system is designed as an official, modern, and friendly channel, allowing domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to easily reflect on difficulties and obstacles; propose solutions to remove barriers in mechanisms and policies; and at the same time, contribute initiatives and solutions to promote the country's development in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation...

The system also has an online discussion space for members of the Steering Committee, National Advisory Council, managers, experts, and scientists to exchange, offer advice; comment and give feedback on received feedback, recommendations, and innovative solutions or on fields and topics related to science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
