This is the third blood donation campaign in 2025 organized by the locality. The festival attracted more than 200 officials, civil servants and local people to participate in blood donation.
After screening, the Organizing Committee collected a total of 170 units of blood. All collected blood will be transferred to Lam Dong II Hospital to serve the treatment and rescue work in the coming time.
According to the Organizing Committee of the festival, with the message "Every drop of blood given - a life remains", the amount of blood received in the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival is a sharing for patients in need of blood, especially poor patients, contributing to overcoming the blood shortage, meeting the blood needs in emergency and treatment at medical facilities.
According to Lam Dong Department of Health, medical facilities in the province are facing a shortage of blood for emergency and treatment activities for patients. It is necessary to flexibly and promptly organize blood donation festivals, promoting the role, responsibility and spirit of volunteering for the community of all classes of people in the area, especially in difficult times.
