Tien Giang: Meeting to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025)

(ABO) On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), on June 27, the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor (FLD) organized a meeting of generations of Trade Union officials through the periods.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Hoang Khac Tinh, Permanent Vice President of Tien Giang Provincial Labor Federation, reviewed the 96-year journey of formation and development of the Vietnam Trade Union, affirming the great role of the Trade Union in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, especially the role of caring for and protecting the rights of workers.

Permanent Vice President of Tien Giang Provincial Labor Federation Hoang Khac Tinh presented the Medal "For the cause of building Trade Union organization".

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" to leaders and full-time Trade Union officials at the grassroots level who have made many contributions to building the Trade Union organization. This year, Tien Giang province has 132 individuals considered for the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization".

Also at the program, the 6th July 28 Award - 2025 was awarded to 8 outstanding individuals, including 4 workers, civil servants, and laborers with initiatives in production and 4 Union officials with outstanding achievements in Union activities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Chairman of the Tien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, expressed his sincere thanks to generations of union officials and delegates who have contributed to the overall development of the provincial union.
