Thuan An starts construction of many projects to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

At the ceremony, the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thuan An commune said that the unit was assigned to implement 5 projects with an investment cost of 211.9 billion VND, including works related to education, culture, relics, traffic infrastructure, pond infrastructure, and playgrounds.

Specifically: Project to renovate and upgrade Le Chi Primary School, add 2 new school buildings, a library, a multi-purpose building and renovate and rearrange the head office building to make classrooms, functional rooms..., total investment of more than 85 billion VND.

Project to renovate and upgrade Le Chi Secondary School, adding 2 new school buildings and renovating and rearranging the head office building built in 2017 to make classrooms, functional rooms..., on an area of 8,851m2, with a total investment of more than 51 billion VND.

Renovating and embellishing Hoang Long communal house, to preserve historical and cultural values, improve material and spiritual life, contribute to the development of local culture and society. The project has a land use area of about 1,518m2, with a total investment of more than 25 billion VND.

The project to build a planned road from Linh Quy Bac village to Road 181, with a length of 1,040.44m, a cross-section of 13.5m and a project to renovate and embellish 3 ponds and playgrounds, with a total investment of nearly 50 billion VND.

The projects are all funded by the budget, with implementation time from 2024 to 2026. After completion of construction, acceptance, and handover, they will create a new, spacious, and clean appearance. At the same time, launching the implementation of the projects has an important and practical meaning to welcome the 1st Congress of the Thuan An Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Thuan An Commune People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Khanh requested the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, construction units and using units to concentrate means, equipment, human resources and all necessary conditions to speed up the construction progress, complete the project according to the plan, schedule, ensure quality, labor safety, environmental sanitation; fully comply with regulations on investment and construction procedures, and project quality. The community supervision board and using units should enhance their sense of responsibility, regularly coordinate with units in supervising the quality of the project; not to let the construction happen in violation of design, regulations, causing waste and loss of state budget.
