In conclusion, the Prime Minister affirmed that the conference aims to strengthen the connection between Vietnam's economy and the world's economies; connect businesses with businesses, connect cooperation through Vietnamese embassies abroad... to implement Resolution 59 of the Politburo.
In the context of the rapidly changing and unpredictable world situation, he requested Vietnamese Ambassadors and Consuls General abroad to grasp the local situation and the situation of "partners - subjects". From there, forecast, evaluate, report and propose solutions, especially not to be passive or surprised in foreign affairs.
Relevant parties need to coordinate closely and effectively with the spirit of "economic diplomacy is one of the focuses of diplomacy in the new era" under the direction of General Secretary To Lam, accelerate, break through, concretize, and immediately implement high-level agreements, making the most of opportunities.
Thereby connecting the Vietnamese economy with economies around the world; connecting businesses; connecting supply chains; promoting negotiations and signing free trade agreements; exploiting traditional markets and opening new markets; attracting leading talents, experts and scientists to serve the process of development and modernization of the country.
This will contribute to restructuring the economy, restructuring and diversifying markets, products, and supply chains; promoting economic growth from 8.3-8.5% in 2025 and the goals set for the entire term, towards achieving the two 100-year goals.

Diversify markets, effectively exploit FTAs
Regarding solutions, the Prime Minister requested to promote policy consultation dialogues that are "far-sighted, broad-minded, deep-thinking, and big-minded", accurately assessing the target and partners. Continue to deepen relations with neighboring countries, major countries, and important partners, making them stable, substantive, sustainable, and long-term on the basis of trust, sincerity, and harmonization of interests, creating new breakthroughs, and effectively resolving major issues arising in the relationship.
Synchronously deploy solutions to diversify markets, products, supply chains, and promote trade; effectively exploit 17 signed free trade agreements (FTAs), and promote the signing of new FTAs with potential markets such as the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, India, Brazil, etc.
The Prime Minister noted the need to soon conclude FTA negotiations with MERCOSUR and Brazil; promote the signing of rice trade agreements with five countries: Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brazil; try to initiate FTA negotiations with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Bangladesh, and preferential trade agreements with Pakistan; and promote railway projects connecting with China and Central Asia.
At the same time, support businesses in key processing and manufacturing industries (technology, electronics, automobiles, machinery, textiles, footwear, etc.) to expand exports, invest, and do business effectively abroad, participating in the global supply chain.
Promptly promote the signing of MOU between Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Ho Chi Minh City International Financial Center; learn from Kazakhstan's experience in implementing Astana International Financial Center (AIFC); implement the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in developing the International Financial Center in Da Nang between Da Nang and the consortium of Terne Holdings and The One Destination, Singapore...
