(Dan Tri) - Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture - Government Office , has just been appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Government Office, according to the Prime Minister's decision.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 515 appointing Mr. Pham Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture - Government Office, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Government Office.
Mr. Pham Manh Cuong was born in 1971, from Nam Dinh . He is a Doctor of Agricultural Science (at Goettingen University, Germany), Master of Natural Resource Management (at Asian Institute of Technology), Bachelor of General Silviculture (at Vietnam Forestry University).

Mr. Pham Manh Cuong is a well-trained officer with solid professional qualifications and over 30 years of experience working in local and central state management agencies.
Of which, he has over 20 years as a specialist and department-level leader at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, 2 years as Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province, and 7 years as Department Head at the Government Office.
During his work, Mr. Cuong was awarded Certificates of Merit many times by the Prime Minister, Minister - Head of the Government Office, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee.
With this appointment decision, the current leadership of the Government Office includes Minister, Director Tran Van Son and Deputy Directors: Mr. Nguyen Sy Hiep, Ms. Mai Thi Thu Van, Mr. Do Ngoc Huynh, Mr. Trinh Manh Linh and Mr. Pham Manh Cuong.
