Attracted more than 8,200 billion VND in investment capital in the first 6 months of the year

In the first 6 months of 2025, Hoa Binh province recorded positive results in attracting investment, improving the business environment and supporting enterprises. The province has 28 newly granted non-budgetary investment projects and 40 adjusted projects, with a total registered capital of about 8,266 billion VND. Of which, there is 1 foreign direct investment (FDI) project with a total registered capital of 2.7 million USD.

At the same time, the province reviewed and terminated 22 projects, mainly due to investors' slow implementation or change of direction. The final handling of ineffective projects helps to "clean up" the portfolio and create room to attract projects with real capacity.

Up to now, Hoa Binh province has 738 valid investment projects, with a total registered capital of about 210,000 billion VND. Of these, there are 40 FDI projects with a total registered capital of 525 million USD and 698 domestic investment projects. Particularly in industrial parks, there are 118 projects (28 FDI, 90 DDI), with a total capital of 435 million USD and 10,830 billion VND, respectively; 71 projects have come into production and business operation.

This is the result of efforts to reform administration, shorten procedure processing time, support businesses in removing difficulties, and effectively implement domestic and foreign investment promotion activities.
