Specifically, there are 69 areas planned for social housing development, of which 15 areas are implementing projects including: 1 area in Hai Chau district, 2 areas in Son Tra district, 3 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 7 areas in Lien Chieu district, 2 areas in Hoa Vang district. 54 areas planned for social housing projects include 1 area in Son Tra district, 7 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 12 areas in Lien Chieu district, 7 areas in Cam Le district, 27 areas in Hoa Vang district.
Regarding the list of areas planned for commercial housing development, there are 122 areas, of which 72 areas are implementing projects including: 14 areas in Hai Chau district, 23 areas in Son Tra district, 16 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 13 areas in Lien Chieu district, 2 areas in Hoa Vang district, 2 areas in Cam Le district, 2 areas combining Lien Chieu district and Hoa Vang district.
50 areas expected to implement commercial housing projects include 12 areas in Hai Chau district, 11 areas in Son Tra district, 5 areas in Ngu Hanh Son district, 5 areas in Lien Chieu district, 13 areas in Hoa Vang district, and 4 areas in Cam Le district.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of the housing development program of Da Nang city for the period 2021-2030. Annually, the organization shall evaluate and advise the City People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Construction according to regulations.
