The Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police requires vehicle owners, organizations and individuals involved in the violation with residence and headquarters in the areas of Long Xuyen, Cho Moi, Thoai Son, Chau Thanh, Chau Phu, Phu Tan, Tan Chau to come to the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police, address: No. 91, National Highway 91, My Thanh Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province to resolve; with residence and headquarters in the areas of Chau Doc, An Phu, Tinh Bien, Tri Ton to come to Chau Phu Traffic Police Station, address: No. 02, National Highway 91, Group 23, My Pho Hamlet, My Duc Commune, Chau Phu District, An Giang Province to resolve.
If the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the violation is outside An Giang province, has difficulty traveling and is unable to directly go to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police to resolve the violation, then go to the Traffic Police Department where the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation resides or has its headquarters to resolve the violation in accordance with the provisions of law.
After 20 days from the date of sending the notice of violation, if the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation does not come to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police to resolve the case or the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police has not received the notice of the results of the settlement and handling of the case from the Traffic Police Department where the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation resides or is headquartered, the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police will take the following actions:
- For vehicles subject to inspection regulations: Send a warning notice of vehicle violations to the Inspection Agency, vehicle registration agency, and update the status of the warning notice sent on the administrative violation handling database.
- For vehicles being motorbikes and mopeds: Send a notice to the commune-level police where the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation resides or has its headquarters. The commune-level police are responsible for forwarding the notice to the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation and requesting them to comply with the notice of violation.
