With a duration of nearly 3 minutes, the brand film “Empathy, Touch, Love” recreates the journey of maturity of each person in life. From the childhood days growing up in the loving arms of the family, enjoying delicious food from mother, sitting with friends in front of the screen anxiously waiting for father to adjust the antenna to watch their favorite program to starting a career, building their own home and becoming fathers and mothers.

Behind that journey, LG is always present silently but persistently, taking care of all family members with modern technology and deep empathy. From antenna TVs to wireless OLED TVs, from traditional top-loading washing machines to front-loading washing machines with AI technology, refrigerators with modern InstaView glass panels or air conditioners equipped with comprehensive AI; all are vividly recreated through films. This is also the journey of continuous development to bring a better life every day to millions of Vietnamese families as the motto "Life's Good" that LG pursues.

Starting with the first factory in Hung Yen in 1995, LG has continuously expanded its investment scale, with three factories in Trang Due Industrial Park (Hai Phong) and three research and development centers in Hanoi , Hai Phong and Da Nang. LG not only brings thousands of job opportunities, but also invests in technology, upgrades infrastructure and promotes industrial development.

In addition to business development, LG has also left a deep mark in the community through a series of meaningful activities.
