On the morning of August 30, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), the delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, and the armed forces of Ninh Binh city held an incense offering and wreath laying ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the city's Martyrs' Memorial.
The 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 is an occasion for the entire Party, people and army to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh 's Testament and to commemorate the 55th anniversary of his death, the father of the nation, the genius leader of our Party and people.
Inheriting and promoting the spirit of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the Party Committee, Government and People of Ninh Binh City always believe in the leadership of the Party, following the glorious revolutionary path that President Ho Chi Minh, our Party and our people have chosen; uniting, joining hands, being unanimous, actively competing in studying, working, producing, achieving many achievements to celebrate the major holidays of the homeland and the country; determined to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th City Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Continuing to exploit potentials and strengths, breaking through to rise up, soon realizing the goal of building Ninh Binh city according to the criteria of a class I urban area.
